Roytec  Order Cancellation, Warranty, Return/Repair & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

Your order is an offer to Roytec to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from Roytec, our online store provides you various secured steps to recheck your order prior to proceeding with payment gateway for payment process and finally placing the order. We will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Receipt Confirmation E-mail") after the successful payment process. The Order Receipt Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order along with payment. Depending on the location of your choice of delivery and the shipping method, when we ship the product to you, we will send you an e-mail confirmation that we've shipped the product to you (the "Shipping Confirmation E-mail"). Your contract is with ROYTEC TRADING LLC. Both you and Roytec can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Shipping Confirmation E-mail relating to that product. Your right to cancel does not apply to certain categories of products and services, including digital products or software which are not supplied in a physical format (e.g. on a CD or DVD), once download or use (whichever is earlier) has begun.

Return & Refund

You can return a product if it is not a part of the non-returnable list and if you have received:

  1. a) An incorrect product (if the product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags).
  2. b) A damaged / defective product (For electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed).
  3. c) If you have changed your mind or placed a wrong order, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:

The items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) and is not damaged or tampered in any condition. The seal of the item needs to be in a intact condition.

For all other products, returns are accepted if product is in unbroken original packaging, including all accessories.

Refund will be issued into your wallet or credit card, post inspection at our end.

Non-returnable Products

You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

  • Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
  • Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers


Warranty, Repair & Refund

  • Roytec's warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product for a period of 12 months from the date of shipping unless the OEM or principal supplier of the product being sold through Roytec Online Store has a different warranty policy of on their own. Roytec does not manufacture the products we offer through our online store where Roytec is considered as the seller and/or the reseller. Warranty repairs will be carried out at Roytec's authorized OEM service centers. In instances where a product is bought through a seller that is not Roytec, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.
  • The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing of defective product or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product Seller’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits. In the case of a refund, the customer must return all the accessories of the product and in its original packing along with original invoice, packing list and warranty letter. Otherwise, the amount of any missing item will be deducted from the amount of the product.
  • In cases where Roytec are considered the seller, a twelve (12) month warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased within UAE. Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we will issue a replacement or, if a replacement is not available, you will be refunded as per OEM’s warranty and refund policy.
  • To avail of warranty services if a defect occurs in your product within the valid warranty period, please send a message with an attached picture of your product to the Roytec customer service e-mail: . Roytec shall contact you within 24 hours to validate the claim and to set a time for collection. Once collected and approved by Roytec, the product shall be sent for repair at the service center and returned back to you within 30 working days.
